Wiltshire Police PFI
A £17.7 million contract to construct a new divisional headquarters facility in Swindon for Wiltshire Police Authority following a PFI deal signed between the Police Authority and VINCI Investments Limited. The 6,300 sq metre new HQ building is attached to a new custody suite which has 40 individual holding facilities. A vulnerable persons unit and an ancillary workshop for vehicle inspection completes the suite of buildings to be provided.
