A multi-million pound PFI contract to provide a Community Campus in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
This PFI contract includes:
• Replacement primary school with 11 classrooms
• Music room
• Sophisticated library/resource area
• 60-place bi-lingual day care nursery and a youth centre
• New secondary school
• Adult lifelong learning centre
• Replacement public library
A sports facility featuring an all-weather pitch and running track is also part of the scheme.
