This landmark building is located on a site at the gateway to the Chatham Maritime development. It is four storeys high with a total floor space of 8,000 sq m arranged around a central atrium. The building features major incident, specialist investigation and general administration offices and interview rooms, plus a 40 cell custody suite and parking for over 200 vehicles.
