VINCI Facilities Has Been Awarded a Three Year Contract With Welsh Assembly Government

VINCI Facilities has been awarded a three year contract worth over £2m to provide soft services to the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG). The contract is an addition to the integrated FM contract awarded to VINCI Facilities in 2008 to deliver services at the WAG office in Aberystwyth.

VINCI Facilities will be responsible for providing ‘soft’ FM services and Business Support Service roles i.e. post room, portage, security and reception in the new WAG office in Llandudno Junction. ’Soft’ FM services will also be provided at WAG’s other administrative offices within the North Wales region, totalling 14,989 square meters across Ynys Mon, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham.

VINCI Facilities scored the highest in all four areas under evaluation, beating off stiff competition from a number of well known contenders.
