VINCI Facilities Awarded A Five Year IFM Contract

VINCI Facilities and its Dutch partner Facility Services Netwerk (FSN) have been awarded a five year IFM contract with Maandag® in Benelux. Under the agreement, FSN and VINCI Facilities will deliver Total Facilities Management to Maandag®'s 18 offices in the Netherlands and project manage new office openings in Belgium and Germany. Under FSN's main contract, VINCI Facilities will provide a central multi-lingual servicedesk, FM services in Belgium, and project management of new office openings in Belgium.

Maandag® is a market-leading Interim & Secondment HR agency in the Netherlands, primarily focused on the public sector. They are seen as a successful organisation with growth rates of 80% per annum over recent years, and have a high visibility in the market. Building on their success in the Netherlands, Maandag® foresees a fast expansion in Belgium and Germany. The strategic FM outsourcing to FSN-VINCI Facilities is seen as a crucial enabler for this expansion.
