Integrated Health Projects (IHP) a joint venture between VINCI Construction UK Limited and Sir Robert McAlpine, has been awarded a £5.5 million contract by the Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust to fit-out the first and second floors above the Radiotherapy Centre at the Royal Oldham Hospital in Manchester.
The contract includes the fit-out of the first floor as a haematology ward and day case unit and the second floor as a surgical ward
The three-storey Radiotherapy Centre is currently being built by VINCI Construction UK as part of a £16 million contract. The fit-out of the upper floors increases the existing contract value to over £21 million.
