VINCI Facilities has secured Contractor Accreditation from the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) across its national divisions.

TPAS England, is the leading national tenant participation organisation working to promote tenant empowerment. The contractor accreditation is a Quality Mark demonstrating the standard of resident involvement in responsive repairs, maintenance and capital works contracts and ensures best practice for three consecutive years.

TPAS reviewed VINCI Facilities resident involvement policies and procedures regarding customer care and equality and diversity. It assessed our Tenant Liaison officer’s commitment to and delivery of customer care, bespoke to individual tenants as well as evaluated tenant’s views of VINCI Facilities’ service delivery.

The assessors commented that VINCI Facilities has a “strong approach to involving residents” and our “initiatives of working to develop resident skills was particularly impressive”

In an earlier assessment which accredited VINCI Facilities’ activities in Midlands, TPAS assessors commented ” It is very clear they [VINCI Facilities ] will adapt their approach to service delivery by working with tenants to provide the highest standards . They [tenants] felt VINCI Facilities’ staff are keen to listen and discuss all areas of work with tenants and champion tenants’ views as a way of delivering services”
