Britain's Energy Coast Business Cluster Awards

VINCI Construction UK is part of Britain's Energy Coast Business Cluster (BECBC) which was formed in 2003 to address the impact of nuclear decommissioning on the West Cumbrian economy. The Cluster recently hosted its first ever business awards event at which Martin Carroll, VINCI Construction UK's Nuclear Decommissioning Contracts Director, presented a special Sustainability Award. The award went to Studsvik UK, a company with particular expertise in treating and recycling low-level nuclear waste metal. Our membership of the business cluster and support of the awards event once again demonstrates our commitment to the communities in which we work and the positive impact construction can have on the local economy.
