Step UP!

Step UP is our behavioural safety suite of Health & Safety programmes - Safety Through Everyone's Participation.

Step UP encourages everyone who works for and with the company to make a deeper personal commitment to act safely themselves.

Introduced in 2008 as a two-day behavioural change course, Step UP has now been extended to include:

– Close call reporting
– Site welfare
– Safety engagement with subcontractors

Health & Safety is an area where we are committed to continuous improvement and an area in which we will always seek to renew our efforts of achieving zero accidents on site and in the workplace.
